We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your item, please review our return guidelines below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 1–3 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that certain items may be subject to a shorter return window (e.g., 24 hours), which will be clearly stated on the product page.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging

Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process claims for damaged packages, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing:

  • The unopened package with shipping label visible
  • The full unboxing process
  • The damaged item(s)

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized jewelry
  • Custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

Gold-Plated Jewelry

Gold-plated jewelry naturally experiences wear over time depending on care and usage.
Normal plating wear or tarnishing is not considered a defect and is therefore not covered under returns.

However, we may offer a limited warranty (up to 3 months) for manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you believe your item qualifies.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment/bank transfer, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at yannexlk@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +94765335517, we will arrange the exchange package.

Shipping returns

We do not accept any returns unless if they are defective , damaged or incorrect.
